Before arriving in your hands, it requires hours of creation and it goes through many manufacturing steps that require know-how and patience, to transform the raw material into a unique piece each time. It is born from my hands, at the workbench, to share your life story... Please allow 1 to 3 days for production before shipping your order.

Your package is shipped worldwide by registered priority. In New Caledonia, your order can also be picked up at a pick-up point in Nouméa.

Your satisfaction is my priority. If an item does not suit you, you have an unconditional right of return within 14 days of receipt of your order. The jewel must be returned at your expense, or brought back to the workshop, in its original condition and packaging, without having been worn. The request for exchange or refund must be made via the contact form, or by email: contact@moonflowerbijoux.com, you will then be given the address to return your parcel to. The item will be refunded or exchanged, according to your wishes, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return.

To take care of your jewelry, it is advisable not to expose it to solvents and chemicals.

It can happen to silver to oxidize but it is very easy to restore its shine with a pre-impregnated cloth specially designed for this purpose, or by rubbing it with a soft brush dipped in soapy water.
